Justin Boyd (Johnny- Justin Boyd is thrilled to return to the stage with Circle Players for the regional premiere of Green Day’s American Idiot! He is a native Nashvillian and a recent alum of Tennessee State University. A few past theatrical credits include: Donkey (Shrek the Musical), El Gallo (The Fantasticks), The Cat In The Hat (Seussical The Musical), Van (Dog Sees God), The Voice of Audrey II (Little Shop of Horrors), and Pepe (West Side Story). He would like to thank Bradley, Steve, Shauna, the cast/ crew and everyone that has lent a hand to help put this incredible production together. Enjoy the show!

Steven Griffin (Will- Steven is so excited to return to the Circle Players’ stage in American Idiot. This marks his third show with Circle, previously starring as Jason in Bare, a Pop Opera  and appearing as Dave in Dreamgirls . Steven is a proud member of Belmont University’s Commercial Music program where he studies vocal performance. Some of Steven’s other credits include Stokes in Carrie The Musical, Link Larkin in Hairspray, Vittorio Vidal in Sweet Charity, Doody in Grease, and Dan in Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat. Steven would like to thank his incredible friends for their unending love and support as well as Bradley, Steve, Shauna and the entire cast and crew of this amazing production. 

Taylor Novak (Tunny) - Taylor was last seen on stage in Circle Players’ recent production of Picnic and will now make his musical debut with Circle. He feels so incredibly lucky and grateful to have the opportunity to return to the stage with Circle in such an exciting show. Taylor studied acting and musical theatre at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, where he performed in a variety of productions. Favorite theatre credits include: Gabe (Pretty Hurts: The Musical), Biff Loman (Death of a Salesman), Hal Carter (Picnic), and David Barker (Surviving the Dream, winner of the Ira Brind Excellence in Playwriting, and Best Original Play awards). American Idiot is a dream show and Tunny is a dream role for Taylor, so a special shout-out and a sincere thank you to Bradley and the rest of this brilliant cast and crew for making his dreams come true!

Julia Nettles(WhatsErName)- A rising senior in English Literature at Belmont University, Julia has previously performed in Vagina Monologues (Music City Theater Company), The Producers (Boiler Room Theater), To Kill a Mockingbird (The Renaissance Players), Legally Blonde (Keeton Theater), and a host of other productions. After a long hiatus from the Circle Players’ stage, Julia is ready to become part of the Circle family once again. She cites her parents Dr. Darryl and Nancy Nettles as her biggest inspirations. “Thanks to my family and friends who have always supported me, and I can't thank Bradley and Steve enough for allowing me to be  part of this amazing production! Break Legs Everyone and God Bless!”

Sarah Shepherd (Heather) - Sarah is a Nashville native who has always been interested in the arts, especially theater. She's been involved in many local theater productions, including 42nd Street, Steel Magnolias (Annelle), Footloose (Rusty), Hairspray (Amber) and A Chorus Line (Bebe). Her most recent appearances were on stage for Music City Theater Company's productions of Casey Stampfield The Musical and The Vagina Monologues. Sarah is excited and honored to be part of this amazing cast and  this incredible show! 

Carrie Estes (Extraordinary Girl– Carrie is honored and blessed to be joining the Circle Players Team.  Her past credits include Brooke in Other Desert Cities, Vanda in Venus in Fur, Songs of a Strong Woman and Songs We'll Never Sing with Music City Theatre Company and Les Miserable at the Boiler Room. Carrie is a graduate of the University of Miami in Florida where she received a BFA in Musical Theatre.  She currently teaches at Christ Presbyterian Academy and directs the middle school productions. While living in New York, Carrie was lead singer of a band called The Tracks.  Other favorite credits include Maria in West Side Story, Luisa in Nine, The Rockin Country Show at Six Flags, and Irene in Crazy for You.  Carrie would like to thank God and her wonderful husband for all his love and support and the whole creative team involved in American Idiot for pushing her to be the best she can be! 

Tyler Osborne (St. Jimmy) - Tyler is a graduate of Lipscomb University where he earned a degree in mathematics with minors in music and psychology. While at Lipscomb, Tyler participated in many student activities including Accapella Singers, LU Chamber Men, Vocal Jazz Ensemble and Student Government. He also was honored and challenged with playing the role of Enjorlas in Lipscomb University Theatre's Production of Les Miserables. He is currently part of the Nashville Chamber Singers and hopes to be involved in acting and music in many different ways throughout his life. Tyler currently runs his own tutoring business, TO Tutoring, and is pursuing actuarial science as a career.

Nathan Stultz (Theo) – Nathan will be a senior year at Hendersonville High School, and is so excited to make his Circle Players debut! While he loves doing community theatre in the greater Nashville area, Nathan also enjoys studying many styles of dance. He will begin studying under Shauna Smartt Hopkins this fall and hopes to participate in regional competitions in the coming school year. Some of his favorite theatre and dance credits include Perchik in Fiddler On The Roof, Enjolras in Les Misérables and The Nutcracker Prince in The Nutcracker Ballet. Nathan plans to pursue theatre and set design as a career and looks forward to auditioning for colleges with intensive theatre programs after graduating from high school. He is so grateful to reunite with old friends and make new ones through this phenomenal cast, and he hopes you enjoy the show!

Connor Weaver (Declan) - Connor is extremely pumped to rock out as Declan in Circle Players' American Idiot. Connor is a rising sophomore at Lipscomb University where he studies Theatre with an emphasis on Acting. He grew up on punk rock and alternative music, so being in this musical is a real treat! Connor has appeared in several shows around town, including Guys & Dolls (the Larry Keeton Theatre) and The Imaginary Invalid at (Town Centre Theatre), as well as several productions at Lipscomb University including as West Side Story and Seussical., as well as doing scene work for school. Connor would like to thank the wonderful Bradley Moore for giving him this opportunity, as well as all of his friends, family, and God for all of their love and support. Take it sleazy! 

Sam Kell (Chase) - Sam has a strong passion for musical theatre. It wasn't a big part of his life until his freshman year in high school when he was offered the opportunity to be in the school musical. Since then, he has played parts such as Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof, Nathan Detroit in Guys in Dolls, Feuilly in Les Misèrables, and Jonas in The Giver. This is his first show with Circle Players, but he hopes to appear in more shows in the future.

Andrew Hosale (Ben) - Andrew is delighted to be back with Circle Players this season with this amazing show. Andrew graduated from MTSU with a BA in Theatre Performance, and was last seen in Avenue Q as Princeton (MLT) and in The Addam's Family in the role of Uncle Fester (Circle Players). Other roles include: Buck Wiley/Martin Holton in Memphis (STC) The Showman in Woyzeck (MTSU), The Man in Chair in The Drowsy Chaperone(MTSU), Andrew Aguecheek in Twelfth Night (New Castle Players), and Norman Bulansky in The Boys Next Door (Pull-tight Players). Andrew is honored to share the stage with this cast and bring this amazing show to life. “I would like to thank Mom and Dad for always believing in my crazy obsession with theater. To Nanny for always being my biggest Cheerleader. To Allison for putting up with my drama, and finally to Bradley for giving me the opportunity to bring this unique story to life. Welcome to a new kind of tension. idiot America!!!!!! “

Shane Kopischke (Gerard) - Shane is a 17-year-old rising senior who is incredibly excited to join this cast! Shane has been doing theatre for more than ten years and previously has performed in shows with the

Renaissance Players in Dickson and the Act Too Players in Franklin. He was also featured as a Most Promising Actor in the 2013 First Night Honors. Some of his favorite roles have been Mark in RENT (School Edition), Paul in Company, Billy Crocker in Anything Goes and The Baker in Into the Woods. He wants to thank his family for the gas money, his girlfriend for her support and Bradley for giving him the opportunity to do this amazing show with some awesome people! 

Bryan Lelek (Joshua) - Bryan is a 2009 graduate from Middle Tennessee State University where he received his Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education. He is a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia fraternity, a former middle school band director for MNPS, and has only recently stepped back into the community theater scene.  Most recently, Bryan portrayed the character of Grantaire  in HPAC's Les Miserables. His other theatrical credits include productions at MTSU, for Act 1 and HPAC, including Take Me Out, Ain’t We Got Fun, A Chorus Line, and Lilies.

Rae Roberson (Alysha) - Rae is thrilled to be back with Circle Players in American Idiot! A recent graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, she studied Media Production as well as Theatre and Dance and was a company member of the MTSU Dance Theater. Previous credits include Sweet Charity (Rosie), Legally Blonde (Margot), The Fantasticks (Luisa), Annie Get Your Gun (Annie Oakley), The Drowsy Chaperone, All Shook Up, and Kiss Me, Kate. Previous credits with Circle Players include Titanic the Musical and Fame Forever. Love and thanks to family and friends! 

McKenna Driver (Libby)  - McKenna is very excited to be doing another production with Circle Players. She was last seen on the Circle stage in Fame and Fame Forever. McKenna has been singing and dancing as long as she can remember. She sang in various choirs growing up and several Sweet Adeline quartets. McKenna has trained as a dancer for 21 years and worked professionally with companies such as Big Idea, Dreamworks, Nashville Shakespeare Festival, Gary Music Productions, Gaylord Entertainment and Hasbas Productions. McKenna's last production was The Vagina Monologues with Music City Theatre Company. Some of McKenna's favorite productions include A Midsummer Night's Dream, Chicago, A Chorus Line (Connie), Annie, Bye Bye Birdie (Kim Mcafee) and Ragtime. She is so thankful to be part of such a wonderful cast and crew. She would like to thank her parents, step-mother and two younger sisters for being so supportive of her throughout the years!

Jenna Pryor (Leslie) – Jenna, a southern California native, is ecstatic to be part of such an impressive team of artists!  Past credits include Disney's Tarzan (Jane), The Last Five Years (Cathy), Matt and Ben (Ben), Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Christine), The Rocky Horror Show (Janet) among others.  When not on stage or waiting tables, Jenna can be found as a singing performer for Nashville Kids Parties (copycatsforkids.net), appearing as your children's favorite princess characters.  Thank you to the cast, Bradley, Steve, Shauna, Elizabeth, Dareath, LaTonya and the entire Circle Players team for making this experience so challenging, yet rewarding.  Love to friends and family for their continued support.  Enjoy the show, idiot
